MAITERYA SOUL ORIGIN I recently asked Judith for the Soul Origin of Maitreya, the being who, according to the prophecy of the Buddha Gotama, will be the Buddha of the new era. To celebrate this, I wrote a short book, “Maitreya,” which contains Maitreya’s Soul Origin. The free PDF is available for download on the website linked below this post and in my bio. In “Maitreya” I tried, through a narrative thread, to condense the material of Family of Taygeta while staying as faithful as possible to what Kabamur has shared. When something was not entirely clear, I turned to the other sources I trust: the Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda and the material of The Law of One. In the rare cases where none of these channels offered an answer, I followed my intuition.“ Maitreya” can be used as a very short narrative manual to give to friends, relatives and acquaintances, so that once they have read it they can more easily follow Kab’s messages. It can also be useful for starseeds, because it includes meditation instructions drawn from Ramana Maharshi and Eckhart Tolle. This book has felt as if it had always been with me, even since I was an adolescent. Only now, with the sweat of my brow, have I managed to earn the opportunity and the honor of sharing it with you.

🌟 Famous People Readings by Judith I share these readings with gratitude and respect toward Judith and the original sharer @Notable_Souls. Today we share the reading of **Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton**: --- **Judith Lynn** **Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton** You are a Soul from Sirius B. Your First Name of Soul is ZEPHORIC MEINDAS. You have no mate. You stand 7 feet tall with no hair. You are of the lineage of OPPISHEKILO who was your father. You arrived on Earth to deceive in many lifetimes. Your Plan in the current Waking Dream was to be charming and attractive. You would marry a Soul that would become President of the great United States of America. Both of you would enter domains of darkness. You became a Satanic Witch and pedophile. Both of you have taken part in rituals and sacrifices. You left the Earth many years ago and your body was cloned. You are facing multiple counts of lies, fraud and corruption. The clone will take your place in all that transpires. Your home was Created in beauty with mountains and trees. You sat among the leaders and listened to their plans to come to Earth and destroy many. This excited you as you felt this would be a way to gain Power for yourself. Your brother, OLAXIE DEROZAK arrived to become Larry Page who manifested only evil Within. I Cannot Send Any Blessings, For You Will Reap All That Your Darkness Caused To Others! I Know Clearly Who You Are. --- With deep respect and love toward Judith and toward every soul walking its unique path of growth, learning and redemption. Stopping compulsive shopping Hey everyone, today I wanted to share something that might help people who, like me, struggle with the irresistible urge to buy random stuff. Basically this “disease” comes from the fact that your sense of self temporarily gets projected onto the object, or you somehow believe that owning it will make your “self” more valuable. Luckily for my wallet, most of the things I want are everyday items (clothes, chairs, backpacks, books, stones, the occasional piece of jewelry). Even though intellectually — and sometimes during deeper meditation — I’ve gone beyond the idea of being the body, in everyday life I don’t always manage to keep that in mind. Anyway, enough rambling: when is it actually okay to buy something and when isn’t it? Here’s a simple little algorithm that might help some of you decide… Is it essential for my health? If yes, buy it. Example: a medicine you can’t replace, decent quality food (not luxury stuff). Does it make my life meaningfully more comfortable? If yes, buy it, but look for the best quality-to-price ratio. If you can’t find a good enough option and you can afford it, sometimes it’s better to just get a solid brand: paying more the first time often means paying less later. Example: a pair of pants that are actually comfortable around the waist, a meditation cushion that doesn’t kill your back. Does it save me money in the short or long run? If yes, buy it, but do the math properly. Examples: a disc lock instead of paying for full insurance every year, solar panels. The most important question: will satisfying this desire create more desires? While trying to deal with my serial-shopper tendencies, I noticed that some purchases almost inevitably led to wanting related things. Buy a sweater, then you want matching pants. Get a backpack, then you start looking at specific accessories for it. The annoying truth is that once your mind has decided it needs something (and you can afford it), it’s really hard to talk it out of it. In those cases it’s better to give yourself time — a month, for example — and see if you still want it the same way. For deeper, long-standing desires (some of them going back to childhood), sometimes it’s just better to get the thing. When I was a kid nobody ever bought me the backpack I wanted. After a lot of attempts over the years, I finally found one that feels right. That particular thirst is pretty much gone. Now I just have to be careful not to start wanting an even better one… kidding. I just need to remind myself that having another one won’t actually make me happier, it’ll probably just make me feel more complicated about it.

The Best Meditation Technique for Healing The most effective way to use the energy of meditation for healing is to sense the parts of the body that need healing from the inside and flood them with consciousness. In simpler terms: rest your attention inside a specific area of the body and feel the space and living energy within it. Eckhart Tolle describes this practice clearly in The Power of Now: When you are unoccupied for a few minutes, and especially last thing at night before falling asleep and first thing in the morning before getting up, “flood” your body with consciousness. Close your eyes. Lie flat on your back. Choose different parts of your body to focus your attention on briefly at first: hands, feet, arms, legs, abdomen, chest, head, and so on. Feel the life energy inside those parts as intensely as you can. Stay with each part for fifteen seconds or so. Then let your attention run through the body like a wave a few times, from feet to head and back again. This need only take a minute or so. After that, feel the inner body in its totality, as a single field of energy. Hold that feeling for a few minutes. Be intensely present during that time, present in every cell of your body.
