Frankly @SANRAL_za should be ashamed of itself spoiling @MbalulaFikile's "surprise" scheduled for the end of March-ish. Not that any half reasonable person thought that e-tolls would be scrapped or the AARTO Amendment Act had anything to do with "road safety" in the first place.
