SCOOP: The FBI informant convicted of lying to the Bureau about a fake bribery scheme involving the Bidens has been quietly released from prison just months into a six-year sentence—raising concern he could be pardoned by Donald Trump any moment. Alexander Smirnov, who has multiple business ties to Trumpworld, was sentenced days before Trump became president. He had pleaded guilty to fabricating a story that former President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, had received millions in bribes from Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, as well as to a $2 million-plus tax evasion offense. Yet despite Smirnov being judged a flight risk, with ties to Russian intelligence and foreign assets, the U.S.-Israeli citizen has been mysteriously missing from prison for at least the past four months.

Here you go - Amy Acton's stepfather's 1974 indictment for incest in the Youngstown Vindicator
Replying to @jackwindsor
She may be a liar, but Cledith Arthur was also indicted in 1974(5 years prior) for incest against his own daughter(Graped her), per @HuffPost Now I do not know how reliable this is, since it is HuffPost and all, but its out there, and in print if any cyber sleuths feel like a project.

Here’s the page from the records obtained by Walter Curt about the 1974 arrest. Hard to read but you can make out incest.

I said I'd publish everything I got from Mahoning County on the 1978 Acton case, whatever it showed. I now have the first set of documents produced by the Clerk of Court in Mahoning County. How I got it: Wednesday, the Clerk of Courts refused to let me inspect the file. Written refusal, no statute cited, on video. Today, the same office released it "in response to numerous requests," after sending it to the county prosecutor for redactions. The cover letter still doesn't cite a single exemption for anything they blacked out. What the record supports: Cledith Arthur was arrested July 14, 1978, jailed, charged with rape of a child under 13, and pleaded not guilty. A Mahoning County grand jury indicted him Oct. 5, 1978. That's all in the file. The complaint was sworn by her biological father, Gerald Stearns, on July 13, 1978. Arthur had a prior: a 1974 arrest in Trumbull County, juvenile court case, released on bond. He fled. The judge found on Oct. 26, 1978 that he "willfully vacated his last known address." Warrants issued in 1978 and 1981. What the record does not support: The tent. Both sworn charging documents put the abuse at 3625½ Mahoning Ave., Austintown, an apartment over a storefront, from December 1976 through April 1978. That covers the winter Acton says she spent in a tent at age 12. The campground on Route 7 appears in the file only as his address when he was arrested that July. Nothing in the file puts the children at the campground, and nothing puts anyone in a tent. The mother, Donna Arthur, being arrested. On WOSU Tuesday, Amy Acton said her mother was arrested in this case: "She was arrested. He was arrested, and they were released on bond and crossed state lines." Donna Arthur's name does not appear anywhere in the 38 pages. Not as a defendant, not as a witness. If she was charged it would be a separate case number, and I'll be requesting the clerk to search the 1978 index for it. As of today there is no record. The "sworn statement." National Review reported "a sworn statement from Acton's biological father." It's a one-page pre-printed complaint form with the statute typed in. No narrative. No description of anything. "Fled to avoid testifying before a grand jury." That's how the campaign's packet got written up. The file shows the opposite: he waived immunity and testified before the grand jury on Sept. 28, 1978, for 16 transcribed pages. He left after he was indicted anyway. A 1987 warrant, as reported by the Dispatch. There isn't one. The last entry is 1983. What nobody has reported: The search for a man under indictment for raping a child consisted of three warrants mailed to one neighboring county's sheriff over five years. A deputy checked the campground once, in 1982. In June 1983 the sheriff returned it "Bad Address, Not Found." That's the last line. HOWEVER––Thirteen years later, in 1996, Cledith Lee Arthur was arrested twice in Pennsylvania under his real name and real birthdate, fingerprinted, jailed, pleaded guilty, and put on state parole. No Ohio hold ever attached. He died in 2004 without Ohio ever coming for him. The campaign calls him a fugitive. The record shows nobody was looking. What's missing from the file: No appearance docket. No bond forfeiture, even though he skipped. No prosecutor's motion for the warrant the judge says he ruled on. No order recalling the 1978 warrant, even though it's marked "recalled." A second County Court case number on his waiver form, 10956, struck through and never explained. The victim's address, the complainant's address and signature, and the grand jury witness list are all blacked out with no legal authority cited. My attorney is demanding the unredacted file and all supporting documents. The full file, along with the PA Docket file for Arthur, is provided below for anyone to view. When I receive the rest of the files I will provide them as well.

I highlighted on the second listing of his name under no bill by accident— but an incest charge for him is also listed under indictment. Unclear if there were two separate incest charges and one was no billed?

How did no one notice this bizarre filing from SoCal Strategies from May? Why were people still acting like this was a normal polling company until today? So confused
There is a real Jack Anthony Sims in Florida--and his Florida home address was used to register the LLC for SoCal Strategies LLC in March 2025--and dissolve it in May of this year with a bizarre message. His mom writes here on Facebook in 2024 that Jack was a "nonprofit volunteer" who computed SoCal's polls. SoCal Strategies is apparently the polling company that Jack Sims from Wedgewood Polls (which just nuked itself saying it was a social experiment after being investigated as fake) told Zachary Donnini at VoteHub he worked for. FiftyPlusOne: “We were told the organization was a bipartisan team, including Republican Jack Sims and Democrat Andrew Prater, and were provided information about their funding sources and methodology. Sims had previously worked for other pollsters that met our standards, which we independently confirmed, and the methodology statement on their website appeared to be industry standard." SoCal's X account and website were nuked today. In May, Sims filed to dissolve SoCal Strategies' LLC, writing "ITS TIME FOR THIS TO END AND FOR US TO MOVE ON. I JUST WANT TO PUT THIS ALL BEHIND." Sims/Szymanski, who is 30, does not seem to have gone to Boston University, but rather Pasco-Hernando State College. Pic is old but the only one I could find.

As for Andrew Prater, not sure he exists. Sims seems to have used various aliases, according to someone he worked with for a long time. xitter.cf/onpointpolitics/status…
A statement on Wedgewood Polls. Yesterday Wedgewood Polls admitted its data was fabricated and called it a “social experiment.” It only said that after FiftyPlusOne had already caught it. That wasn’t an experiment. I’ve worked with the person I believe is behind it since 2024. I met him as Wilson Rochford, running SoCal Research. Based on my messages and records, I believe he also went by Jack Sims, Andrew, “johan,” and a Discord account called “Michael Tracey’s Top Guy,” and presented them to all of us as different people. What the evidence shows: In 2024, I paid Pollfish directly for 17 SoCal surveys. I watched those responses come in live. Those polls were real. Across 2024 and 2025 I raised $19,587 from 382 donations to fund his polling. In June, as Andrew, he weighted a South Carolina poll and told me Mace was up 4 in the raw data when she wasn’t. On October 20, as Andrew, he said in a live interview that he’d never weighted a poll in his life. He told me he made 3x betting on a race SoCal had polled. I was kind to him, gave him chance after chance, and put a lot of money and trust into this. He threw it away. This industry only works when people stay civil and honest with each other, even when they disagree. Someone who operates like this shouldn’t be in it, and I’m forwarding everything I have to the right people. SoCal Strategies is now run by Red Eagle Politics. He has no part in it, and it’s a firm people can trust. Every source is in the full statement: Pollfish invoices with personal info redacted, messages, the interview record, and my livestreams of real responses coming in. Judge it for yourself. And as for why, it's unclear--people have identified a Kalshi they believe was his for betting, he seems somewhat unwell, he has a political background of supporting both Democrats and Republicans according to voting registration and someone who knew him, and was fascinated with Syria when he was young.

Two updates to this: SnailWorks is more of a middleman tracking company here so the direct mail company is still a mystery. And an NRRC spokesperson tells me they had no involvement in the trans mailers.
This is sort of buried in here, but a USPS worker told the Tribune that the mailer ID number on the mailers belongs to SnailWorks, a Maryland company with disbursements from the NRCC in recent FEC records. Besides Democrat Nina Turner who paid SnailWorks $825 in 2022, it's all NRRC payments for SnailWorks in FEC records: More than $166K over 67 payments between May 2020 and August 2026.

Pamphlets purporting to come from a transgender rights organization — mailed to families across Texas and igniting criticism from conservatives — came from a company formed last month in Wyoming. The Texas Transgender Student Union listed a Houston-area post office box as the address on the mailers. texastribune.org/2026/10/20/…

Amy Acton’s MOM says Don’t Vote for Amy for Ohio Governor. BELIEVE HER!!

Acton has been estranged from her mother since age 12 after sexual abuse by her stepfather, whom the mother defended. The ad omits this context. Acton's childhood accounts are corroborated by court records and family. politifact.com/article/2026/o… usatoday.com/story/news/pol…
