CONGRESS | #ASH25 | PRESENTATION Lori Leslie shares 3-year results from the phase Ib/II EPCORE NHL-2 trial, of 1L epcoritamab with rituximab + lenalidomide (Arm 6; n = 41) and epcoritamab maintenance monotherapy following SOC (Arm 7; n = 19), in patients with FL. The ORR with epcoritamab + rituximab + lenalidomide in Arm 6 was 95% and the CR rate was 88%. In Arm 7, 100% of patients with PR from last line of therapy (n = 8) achieved CR after a median of 2.8 months (range, 2.5–5.7). No new safety signals were observed in either arm; the majority of TEAEs were infectious in nature. Data indicate favorable safety and efficacy of epcoritamab, in combination with rituximab in 1L and as maintenance monotherapy, in FL.
