HRS-4642 is a KRAS G12D inhibitor from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals in China. Phase 2, two-arm trial with GnP (D1/8, q3w) and +/- anti-PD-1, for R/BR PDAC, perioperatively. ORR was 63%, and 87% w/PD-1, presented at #EMSO26 today. No interruption to surgery. 6-mo EFS 87%.🚀
