Senior managers in Leeds are refusing to resolve the dispute with theatre assistants, who are currently on strike.
They perform clinical tasks, but their pay doesn't reflect it - and at a meeting last week, management offered no suggestions on how to find a solution.

Great news that the Planning Inspectorate has refused the operator’s application to remain open for the next ten years at the Ash Pits.
Everyone in the community who stood together to make their voices heard should be proud of this outcome.
