Shortlisting score (LEFT) and new predicted interview score (RIGHT) We can see the new scoring system is negatively skewed This means lot of applicants are clustered at the higher end of the range – reducing the ability to discriminate between applicants /3

Even more worrying is the fact that last year’s final assessment score (including interview) was normally distributed. Rheumatology this year who interviewed also normally distributed. 🤔 – at Oxford, England
