i think one of the reasons why i have seen “goodbye lara” get popular within vintage anime fans is the fact that it heavily relies on subtext and “show don’t tell”, a art that has been sadly lost because of the decrease in the public’s attention spam due to short-video content

I remember last year there were like 6 news stories about plane crashes or scary mechanical failures in 2 weeks I looked it up and it was an average year for plane crashes. I learned that once people are biting on a particular story, media pushes similar stories as often as possible to squeeze the most attention they can All that to say, I bet this an average year for “food recalls” lol
