The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This critical and necessary dialogue is then dishonestly framed as being anti-Israel. To be clear, my views come from my own political convictions and should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people, for whom I have deep love and respect.  Everything I know about acting, activism, and humanism has been profoundly shaped by the Jewish friends, colleagues, and loved ones who have been integral and family throughout every point of my life. This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracle’s business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public.  Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still haven’t given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldn’t move forward. Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.

“How many people say stuff online, [and] it just comes and goes” says the guy who put people on a list when they say stuff online
.@SmashJT choked back tears last night. A week after not buying his wife a Mother's Day gift he tells her they cannot proceed w/ improvements on their kids' bathroom thats in "shitty condition" due to his escalating legal costs. Failure as a husband & father reaches new depths.

100,000 bitchass gamers who have not played something all have the same opinion about it, and then they turn around and accuse 50 reviewers of groupthink. That is so funny to me.

gamergaters in 2026 need to be put in reeducation centers that well call “vocational training centers” to the foreign press. the entire “pragmata will boost birth rates” discourse reminded how stupid and sad right wing gamers are. they need jobs, gym and a gf asap.
Anita Sarkeesian on the male gaming audience: "Some male gamers with a deep sense of entitlement are terrified of change. They believe games should continue to cater exclusively to young heterosexual men with ever more extreme virtual power fantasies." Did she blame men for her own failures?

I think it's disingenuous to assume the mobile accessibility is meant to circumvent consumerism on Switch titles and not to be a pipeline for MORE Switch title consumerism.

everything fun about the game is borrowed and everything new is a marketplace. It's not about the cost to play the game, it's about having standards that desire more than a constant exchanging of currency over actual play or interesting ideas.
The Pokemon community has unbelievable standards of what pay to win means 😂😂😂 MFs got a free to play game, with a 7 dollar battle pass and you can bring over anything you’ve owned from previous games and they’re calling it a cash grab 💀

Pokémon Champions discourse consists of people just making up who it's for and who doesn't like it and pretending to support or dunk on them.

the reason liberal politicians won't go on Hasan Piker's broadcast is because this class of dem representatives are the most coddled bunch we have ever seen. They are incapable of having candid conversations w/o a comms person in their ear and afraid of anyone challenging them

unpopular opinion but i really feel like so animated movies have gotten SO heavy with emotional or dramatic themes. so many kids movies have a Bing Bong-esque scene meant to make the audience feel sad. it was refreshing to see one that chose not to do that.

yeah the reason people like KPop Demonhunters is because the property is owned by Netflix

If Mario were a Western-controlled IP, like KPDH under a company like Netflix with full control over it and its music—you wouldn’t hear a single complaint from these people. Because it’s never really been about quality. It’s about controlling entertainment.

if the candidate is Newsom it proves that Hasan has no sway over the party's decisions. So, at that point, what difference does it make who a guy with no motion votes for? Shannon is just exposing herself as a centrist that cares more about identity politics than anything else
Hasan Piker says he'll vote for a third party candidate if the Democratic nominee is Gavin Newsom. Reminder that Piker is not a Democrat, but a millionaire who makes money by fomenting political discord. newsweek.com/hasan-piker-def…

why is every YouTuber immediately adopting a defensive position over a movie they haven't seen. Just completely antagonistic towards actual critics for doing a specific job. If you don't care about reviews why are all these posts so dramatic
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Discourse let me just say… I don’t care. Lol. It’s Mario, it’s for kids. Never have I once cared about the plot of a Mario game. I’m here to see an Italian plumber ride a t-Rex while jumping on the heads of bad guys. It’s not that deep. Day One.

My expectations are on the fucking floor all I wanna do is see stuff I like and all of you will be wrong when the movie is popular and makes a lot of money because that means it's good and then those nasty critics will be proven wrong!!!!
