Huge thank you to @Ripple for giving me the opportunity to speak at @RippleSwell about community growth on the xrpl through @AxiomProtocol_ , the first prediction market built on the XRP Ledger! Unfortunately, I won't be attending this year. As many know, Gen3 Labs and Axiom Protocol recently closed our doors due to financial hardship and being unable to secure the funding needed to continue. It's been a tough time for our team, but I'm proud of what we built and accomplished together. I'm still extremely bullish on Ripple, the builders and community on the xrpl. Wishing everyone at Swell an amazing event! I'm also looking forward to putting more time back into my OG project, @xPEPENFT , which I launched alongside @ShaneOnChain & @IhodlD in 2019, with our historic NFT collection that we've supported since before NFTs were even mintable on the XRPL, and our meme token $PCSH. On a more personal note, our xPEPE team is still in shock and mourning the loss of our co-founder, @IhodlD , who sadly passed away last month. It's been incredibly hard to process his passing and navigate the future of the project without him. My heart goes out to his family and everyone who knew him. Ian had such high hopes for this ecosystem, and I know he'd be proud of what we've accomplished and would want us to keep pushing forward, building, and raising the bar for the XRPL. Between everything that's happened, we're all taking some time to reflect, regroup, and focus. Keep your eyes peeled for what's next to come. Pepe's never die! 🐸 Much love to the XRPL family! 💚
