Love you AD but i might focus on Giannis in 2028
JUST IN: Anthony Davis would be eager to return to the Los Angeles Lakers, per @ScottKaplan

Agreed thatβs why i was hoping Kuminga signed in the offseason. If Cameron Carr can be that it would be great
77 is best in the league and he plays for my basketball team God bless. You a real also a hater if you donβt acknowledge his improved defensive habits and performance. At worst he has been solid and isnβt hiding on role players as much as you think lol
βif Luka keeps up 38ppg 68% TS pace then yeah sure he got a real caseβ
Replying to @whocareskvmn
While his defense improved, wembyβs defense got exponentially better from fringe best ever to absolutely the best weβve ever seen lool. And thatβs with him becoming a titan in the paint despite the shooting slump. Sometimes yall just gotta accept that ur going up against the goat. But if Luka keeps up 38ppg 68% TS pace then yeah sure he got a real case
π¨ Pepe tears up explaining the feeling of playing behind Cristiano Ronaldo for Portugal:
βI remember a game when we were under pressure and I cleared a ball without looking. It came straight back.
βCristiano turned round and said, βPepe, give me something I can chase.β
βI said, βIβm trying to get us out.β
βHe said, βThen give it to me.β
βI laughed afterwards because he was asking me to pick a pass while I had a striker trying to take my head off. But the next time I won it, I looked. He was already moving. I put it down the channel and suddenly their defenders were running towards their own goal.
βThat was a wonderful feeling as a centre-back. Youβve spent five minutes defending your box, shouting, getting your body in front of things, and then you hear the crowd because Cristiano has the ball. You can finally step up. You can breathe.
βHe gave me a lot of those breaths.
βPeople will remember his goals against Sweden. I remember what it felt like at the other end when the match became difficult. You look up the pitch and heβs still making the run. Youβre tired, heβs tired, everybody knows where the pass is going, and he still wants you to try it.
βI used to ask him, βHow do you know I can get it there?β
βHeβd say, βYou got it there before.β
βSometimes that was all the encouragement you needed. He remembered the good pass youβd made, even when you were thinking about the last one youβd given away.
βAnd then there was France in 2016. When he had to come off, I looked at him and knew how much it was hurting. Weβd spoken about winning something for Portugal for so many years. Now we were in the final and he couldnβt stay on the pitch.
βI remember thinking we had to give him a game he could bear to watch.
βThat became difficult as well, because every time you looked towards the touchline he was trying to come back on without actually coming back on. I thought, βCristiano, please. We can only listen to one coach.β
βI kept thinking about what it would be like to walk back into that dressing room if we lost. You can tell your friend you gave everything, and heβll believe you. But you also know heβd give anything to have been out there helping you. I wanted us to come back with something he could hold.
βWhen Eder scored, I still had defending to do. People watching at home could jump up and celebrate. I was looking at the clock and trying to get everybody back where they needed to be. Every ball into our box felt like it had been in the air for a minute.
βThen it was over. For once, I could look towards Cristiano without having to look straight back at the pitch. Iβd spent years wanting him to get on the end of something. That night I just wanted to get over to him.
βEven now, when I see the photographs, I remember how difficult it was to say anything properly. You start a sentence, somebody grabs you, then you see another teammate crying and you forget what you were trying to say. Weβd imagined winning that trophy so many times. None of those conversations had prepared me for actually giving him a hug when it happened.
βBut when we lifted that trophy, I wanted him in the middle of everything. Heβd helped get us to that night. And I knew the boy whoβd wanted to win for Portugal was still there inside the man holding the cup.
βToday somebody asked me what Portugal will miss most. There are so many football answers. The movement, the heading, the way he could turn a clearance into a chance. Iβll probably think of another one tomorrow.
βRight now Iβm thinking about the next time Portugal are defending a lead and somebody wins the ball near their own box. For years, before I even had it under control, I knew Iβd hear him asking for it.
βIβll be watching from home. I think part of me will still look up to see where heβs running.β
Yeah but when that 20 dollar meal turn 34 on the app Iβll go pick it up lol Iβll do the black truck when it makes sense like special occasions but it ainβt a necessity. Sometimes Uber black be cheaper than X Iβll take it and enjoy
I have a paid off car that I like to utilize and we not going to the Grammys why i need a black truck frequently
Go back to Sporting for one more season GOAT Iβm flying out
