What use is the law when it isn’t enforced?
AIDAN KEARNEY VIOLATES IMPOUNDMENT ORDER IN CRIMINAL CASE
During the course of his criminal case @DoctorTurtleboy was given Jen McCabe's full phone extraction under an order of IMPOUNDMENT.
This impoundment order means neither Kearney nor anyone on his legal team may reveal the contents of the extraction to the public.
For the past three days in a row, while crowd sourcing answers to his interrogatories in the defamation case, Kearney has read parts of her extraction live to his audience.
Think about that.
Kearney is charged with felony witness intimidation for harassing Jen McCabe and other witnesses, he is given the full contents of her phone under impoundment, and he is violating a court order and her privacy by reading the extraction to the public. He is also using it to taint the public opinion of the witnesses in both the criminal and civil defamation case by presenting their communications in a skewed light.
My question to the Norfolk County DAs office is WHEN are you going to protect witnesses?
WHAT good is a court order when people like Aidan Kearney are given carte blanche to use protected discovery smear and harass witnesses with impounded discovery material?
@djunaperkins as incoming DA what are your thoughts on this?
In my opinion, Aidan Kearney should face the strongest sanctions available for recklessly defying a court order intended to protect the very people he is accused of victimizing. I would suggest to @BradlLawPC and @Bederowlaw you prepare your client for the consequences of his actions.
Below is a video with snippets from the past three days with Kearney violating the impoundment order.

In July 2019, videos went viral of people dumping buckets of water on NYPD officers as they responded to open hydrants and neighborhood gatherings during a heat wave. It was a shocking display of blatant disregard for law and order. In my opinion, it sent a message that attacking the people who safeguard our basic human rights was acceptable. Now, police officers are routinely abused, physically and verbally, often in public spectacles staged for clicks and views. This is an excerpt from an article published that day in 2019.
Today we have defense attorneys openly lying on the courthouse steps and fabricating photos during pretrial hearings, all without consequence. Yesterday, we saw a defense attorney launch a blatant verbal attack on a judge, seemingly to create a viral moment for his followers. The same pervasive behavior we saw on the streets of New York more than six years ago is now bleeding into our courtrooms. At what point do we return to being a civilized society, one that treats those sworn to protect us with respect and dignity? Young people across the country take their cues from how adults handle situations like this. It’s maddening to see the kind of society we’re becoming when we tolerate such blatant disrespect for authority.
This!

Does anyone think if the witnesses were actually guilty they would be subpoening every DOJ official that investigated them? C’mon people, wake the f up.

MAGA, we need you to speak for state and federal witnesses that @adamdeitch @DARollins and Josh Levy failed to protect when their loved one , Boston police officer was killed in MA.
They allowed John Okeefe’s mother and everyone he loved be harassed to the point of not leaving their homes, children left behind their college education to escape these “content creators”
@netflix will be airing their story on 11/23, I hope you watch and see what they allowed to happen here its beyond reproach.
The lawyer who took down @RealAlexJones is now taking down everyone who failed JOK.
@ChrisMatteiCT is going to topple this house of cards.

Heaping insults at a grieving family is fodder for their sad little pathetic lives. Disgusting Monsters. All of them.
Imagine going after a victim’s friends. For years, Aidan Kearney has targeted John O’Keefe’s family and closest friends—The people who loved John.
And boy does he hates when they talk about John. When they remember their friend. When they remind people that there was a victim in this case. He mocks them. He shames them.
Yet the person who should be talking about John the most never has. Karen Read has never shared a funny story about him, never spoken kindly about him, never reflected on the life he lived or the person he was. The man she claimed to love is never remembered by her at all.
That’s what should appall people.
Normal people understand that there are lines you don’t cross. A victim’s loved ones should never become targets. I genuinely don’t understand how some of you have convinced yourselves that this behavior is normal, let alone acceptable. You cheer when he goes after John’s friends and family—whether it’s chasing his friends down a street with an unhinged mob, like something out of the Salem witch trials, or dedicating entire shows to attacking, dehumanizing, and vilifying the people John O’Keefe loved.
Whatever your opinion of the case, going after a victim’s family, friends, and loved ones is both demented and indefensible. Do Better.

This Is Me "Coming For" @RealNurseKim Because She's Ignorant youtube.com/live/SshqnX_QtzE… via @YouTube
Nurse Kim was totally out of her depth on the facts presented. I would be quite surprised if she took them up on the offer for a follow up. Great job Truth and Tuesday for keeping the conversation calm and on track.
It’s hard to argue with AFKR when we have the facts and evidence on our side. We welcome respectful debate with anyone from FKR.
But let me be clear: I’m not talking about everyday FKR supporters. I’m talking about the content creators who spent years pushing ridiculous conspiracy theories without credible evidence to back them up.
And yes, it IS important to us to continue relitigating and discussing this case. With civil litigation ongoing, the evidence, the facts, and the damage caused by years of misinformation still matter. This conversation is far from over.
So where are these content creators when it’s time to actually defend their claims? They’re certainly welcome to join the conversation.
Last night’s Spaces demonstrated exactly why these discussions matter. When the conversation shifts from social media narratives to actual courtroom evidence, those conspiracy theories become a lot harder to defend.
The invitation remains open. Bring your evidence. We’ll bring ours. Respectful debate is always welcome.

In 5 minutes she was told that Karen Read is a modern-day O.J. Simpson, that she’s guilty of motor vehicle homicide, and that TB committed witness intimidation—What a Great interview! 🤣

Sure sure @netflix and @ElizabethBanks have a version coming soon, but if you like brevity, this is spot on.

Conflating these two cases is deeply misleading. And a huge reason the Read case was so expensive is that your office significantly interfered in the case by opening an ill-advised federal investigation on completely insufficient grounds that ended up going nowhere.

It wouldn't be a a Turtle Take™️ without a healthy dose of victim blaming and misogyny.
Who's life isn't some degree of messy at 23? Sandra Birchmore had every right to plan for a child, live her life, and become the woman she was meant to be. Matthew Farwell stole that from her. Judging her is disgusting but not unexpected from Kearney.

What Bederow isn't telling you is the Feds were able to charge Matthew Farwell based on Sandra Birchmore's civil rights being violated.
The Feds could have done something similar in the Karen Read case, but their investigation found no wrongdoing & the investigation was closed.

🚨A STATEMENT FROM THE FORENSIC ROOM:
Last night, during a livestream that has already reached more than 70,000 people, Melanie Little made serious and completely false accusations against the five women of The Forensic Room, claiming that we have doxxed, harassed, and targeted her.
She didn’t just make false accusations against us. She singled out five women and encouraged her audience to dig into our personal lives.
That is targeting, and it raises serious concerns about our privacy and safety.
Let us be absolutely clear: We have NEVER doxxed Melanie Little, threatened her, encouraged anyone to harass her, or engaged in any campaign against her.
We are five women who host a YouTube show discussing publicly available information, court proceedings, testimony, and evidence. We do not take our discussions offline to target, intimidate, or harass anyone.
We have been outspoken in our support of John O’Keefe’s family and the witnesses in the Karen Read case. We make no apologies for that support, and we will not be bullied into silence because of it.
We find it particularly disturbing that someone with such a large platform would broadcast these accusations to an enormous audience without providing evidence to substantiate them. Statements like these can have real-world consequences, particularly when they expose private individuals to unwanted attention, hostility, and harassment.
Disagreement is not harassment. Supporting witnesses is not doxxing. And exercising our right to speak publicly is not intimidation.
We will continue to stand by the people we support, discuss the facts, and exercise our right to free speech.
We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. And we will not allow false accusations to go unanswered.

We’re pulling up our chairs for a Forensic Room roundtable because we have a few things we REALLY need to talk about.
First up: Karen Read and the snow plow story. Then we’re going back to the October 2024 motion and we're taking a closer look at the ARCCA emails - and what they may add to the story we’ve been told.
We’ll also rewind to VERY early in the Karen Read saga, when Aidan Kearney was already publicly declaring that he had no interest in hearing the witnesses’ side of the story. How early was the narrative locked in and what does that look like now with years of hindsight and lawsuits?
And finally… Aidan & his take on Judd Welcher. Because we aren't going to get through this roundtable without opening THAT door.
Four topics. Plenty of receipts. Probably several tangents. And four women with opinions and a lot to say. Pull up a chair. It’s roundtable time. See you this Sunday at 7PM ET!

Both of these claims were made during a @DoctorTurtleboy livestream, tonight and THIS is exactly why I’ve been looking for a credible, trustworthy journalist to follow for coverage of the Sandra Birchmore case.
First, Meg Kennedy is NOT testifying in Matthew Farwell’s trial. She was on the PROSECUTION’S witness list, but she is not being called to testify, as far as she knows.
And let’s be VERY clear: She was NEVER a witness for the defense.
Second, Meg NEVER said Sandra Birchmore attempted self-harm in high school. In fact, she said the EXACT OPPOSITE.
These are not minor details. These are two completely inaccurate claims presented to an audience as facts.
Sandra Birchmore deserves accurate, responsible reporting. Her story is tragic enough without people spreading misinformation and putting words in witnesses’ mouths.
This is precisely why credibility matters.
