Charley Crockett recorded his surprise new album "Clovis" at Norman Petty Recording Studios in Clovis, NM — the same studio where Waylon Jennings, Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison cut their teeth in the 1950s. The studio is preserved exactly as it was, and based on the strength of Charley’s new album, it’s still making magic.
