Americans really can't imagine third world fraud like this. One of the fake victims was accidentally shot during the fake crime! The guy who set up hundreds of fake robberies, because apparently victims of crimes have an easier time getting visas, only got 2 years in prison.
Ya'll, this is nuts. Hundreds - that's right, HUNDREDS - of armed robberies between 2022 and 2024 weren't real. They were staged by the "victims" as part of a massive immigration fraud scheme to secure U-visas for themselves and their families. cwbchicago.com/2026/10/buckt…

The school choice movement must reckon with the fact that it is funding schools with ties to terrorist organizations that indoctrinate students to support terrorism. Religious liberty must be protected. But it must not be a cover for terrorism. civitasoutlook.com/research/…

The solution to an overbroad exclusion is not a rubber stamp, but due diligence. States must comply with the Constitution while protecting against terrorism. That requires examining each applicant school on its own record. civitasoutlook.com/research/…

States should provide families access to robust school-choice options while protecting religious liberty. State officials should also take their duty seriously to avoid funding schools with genuine ties to terrorism. Those goals are not mutually exclusive. They require only that officials be precise, consistent, and willing to do their homework. civitasoutlook.com/research/…

I don't think there's another election anywhere in the world like election day in Israel.

Thoughtful piece by @JasonBedrick on school choice funding and the determinations and diligence of public officials if some schools have connections to terrorist ideology and networks. civitasoutlook.com/research/…
