Yes. That’s the plan. Remember, $BFCH originally had the Reg A priced higher. Raising capital in the current OTC environment has not been easy. The cycle is different, the macro environment is different, and long-term growth capital has been harder to find. What hasn’t changed is management. John and Jordan have collectively raised millions of dollars in private transactions in the past. They have the credentials, experience, business plan and vision that distinguish $BFCH from most companies in the OTC market. Management does not intend to keep the Reg A priced at these levels indefinitely. Right now, it’s working. The company has been stabilized. Revenue-generating assets have been acquired. The objective is straightforward: execute, create substantially more fundamental value, and when the facts justify it, reprice the Reg A higher. Management believes that opportunity is approaching quickly. The company intends to earn the higher price through execution. We will follow through. The plan is working.
