Question from the floor. We've lost a lot of money, veered from manager to Sporting Directors. Why should we have any faith in you all? MH: I'm not disputing things should be better - there is so much good around the club, but the team and where we are in the league table I completely accept that isn't good enough/. There is so much work going on to make sure we put the football at the centre of it. Fans feel we are a community club that does some footbal - we need to change that narrative that we are football club. We're driving as much as we can to support the on pitch needs, everything is being put in place to enable the team to win games.

Question from the floor - what was the thinking behind allowing Jayden Stockley to leave. Jon Brady: We were recruiting for a 4-3-3/4-2-3-1. We wanted a team to press hard and get after teams. I felt Jayden had different physical aspects to his game. I had a conversation with him and said his minutes could be limited - and with an offer from Wimbledon "the rest is history".
