If I had to start from zero at 220 lbs and get lean AND jacked in 6 months, this is everything I'd do:
1. Creatine. You should take it, your friends should take it, your parents should take it. 5g a day, forever. No loading phase needed.

Hi everyone, I’ve had so many people reach out through DMs offering to help pay Luna's vet bills. That's wonderful, but I don’t want anyone sending me money. If you’d like to help, please call Cumberland Animal Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee, to pay toward her vet bill directly. Thank you all for offering, but please do not feel obligated. I haven’t responded to everyone due to the number of messages. The phone number is 629-600-4589.

Amazon Prime costs $139/year.
Most members use 2 features: free shipping and Prime Video.
That's a $139 subscription doing the job of a $5.99 delivery fee.
J.P. Morgan estimates the actual value of Prime benefits at approximately $1,430/year more
than 10x the membership cost. But most of that value sits unclaimed behind tabs, menus,
and pages 200 million members have never opened.
And 4 of those benefits expire monthly. If you don't claim them by the end of the month,
they're gone. Amazon resets the clock. You paid for them. You lost them.
Amazon is counting on you not knowing.
Here are the 12 Prime benefits most members have never activated including the 4 that
vanish every 30 days 🧵

14-year-old American found a roofing company on Google Maps with 4.9 stars and no website, copied their reviews and pasted them into ChatGPT 5.5.
2 minutes later - a complete brief.
Pasted it into webuil io and just waited while the system built a full website with all pages, reviews and a booking button.
Called the owner and showed him the live preview. He said yes immediately because he'd been meaning to fix this for years and never had the time.
Invoice for $1,000. 47 minutes of work from the first search to a closed deal.
Then he built a machine. Outscraper pulls 200 businesses from Google Maps in 10 minutes, ChatGPT 5.5 writes a personalized email for each one with their real business data - 500 emails a day, 3% respond.
Month one - $4,000, month six - $15,000-20,000. Five million businesses on Google Maps are still waiting for that call.

Cardio is a scam for fat loss.
It's boring, leads to overeating, & barely burns any calories.

19-year-old American student spent his entire scholarship $2,299 on an iPad and Mac Mini.
His grandma thought he was trying to hack the Pentagon.
He just dropped one file into Claude and went to sleep.
CLAUDE.md processed four principles. Written after Karpathy - co-founder of OpenAI - publicly broke down how AI tools actually work.
In the morning the system closed tasks a junior dev would take three days to finish. Claude did it in 3 hours. Didn't touch code nobody asked it to touch. Just did exactly what it was told.
45,000 developers installed this in a week. Most of them had never heard of the file before.
The iPad became his office. The Mac Mini runs while he's in class.
An agency does the same thing for $15,000 a month.
He pays $20.
Four lines of logic. And the question is no longer "can a student compete with an agency" - but whether an agency is needed at all.

Chris Camillo says 15 people called him in one week ready to quit their jobs after setting up a $650 Mac Mini
"Over the course of the last week I've probably gotten 15 calls from people in my network that told me they were about to quit their job"
"They got a Mac Mini, got it set up and said Chris I can literally start any business in the world and have it running in 48 hours"
"Every hour matters, I cannot give up hours, I must quit my job, so if you're young and you've been complaining because the world was jaded against you and you didn't have any opportunity, YOU JUST GOT IT"

A couple came to me last year
They wanted to loan their son $400,000 to buy a house
0% interest. 30 year payback.
Honestly it was a brilliant idea. But there was a big problem.
They could afford it and it would have saved their son hundreds of thousands in interest.
But I had to stop them before they signed anything.
The IRS taxes you on interest you never collected.
It's called imputed interest.
Charge below the minimum federal rate and you get a tax bill on phantom income.
They had no idea.
Neither did their previous advisor.
The bank of Mom and Dad is one of the best moves in retirement planning.
Charge the IRS minimum rate and your son still beats any bank in the country.
You could also gift the interest payments back to him every year.
A married couple can gift up to $38,000 annually tax free.
The bank of Mom and Dad just got even better.
