Great read from diggs on what Brian Flores is doing in Minnesota.
Most interesting part to me: Harrison Smith checking into the defensive call before the snap since last December. Defense has been elite ever since.
Highly recommend.

I tried to leave a positive review for a Sprouts employee. I had to jump through so many hoops I think o applied for a job. Not joking. Anyway if anyone from Sprouts on Silverado Ranch Blvd reads this, Ciara in the meat department was helpful. And I don’t need a job.

Replying to @CaesarsSports
@CaesarsSports hosts should run for office. Crazy promises only to ignore you. Last year they texted me 20 times to take me to a Raider game. I finally picked one and never heard back from them again. This year the “new and improved host” wasted about an hour of my time to “hook me up” with a Breeder Cup package. Room, tickets, etc. everything was coming in an email. Guess who never got an email?

This was really good. And a super revelatory point from @minakimes: The Vikings have inverted the surprise factor on defense. The blitz isn't a surprise. It's when they DON'T blitz. As a result, in some ways, their outcomes are BETTER when they don't blitz than when they do.
With your time
You will not find a convo about the @Vikings defense like this.
Redefining defensive football
@minakimes numbers are mind blowing.

Doing my own trip later this week…must read while I’m on the road. Toughest part will be waiting a few days to sink my teeth in.
When I decided to write a memoir instead of just a gambling book, I knew that if I held back it wouldn't be very good.
In this podcast I talked to Colin about how my mental health has shaped all of my decisions — how the eccentricity of my job masked the fact that I'm bipolar. I never told my family. I never told anyone I worked with. Now I wrote a book about it coming out tomorrow.

I really enjoyed interviewing @rxgamble about her new book, her prolific AP career, life and mental health. I really appreciated her honesty on all aspects. 🙌
