Appreciate the opportunity to be on @MarioNawfal drone panel roundtable today to share my insights on #DroneDiplomacy and the dual use advantage alongside @powerus_usa @TheDroneWarrior Sharing a short clip on my thoughts as to where the world is headed
On this episode of the Roundtable, the panel explored how drones, autonomous systems, and AI are reshaping modern warfare, from drone swarms and counter-UAS technology to the race to rebuild America’s defense manufacturing capabilities. Special thanks to @PowerUS_USA for joining the discussion and sharing how they’re developing battle-tested autonomous drones, counter-drone interceptors, and heavy-lift systems designed to strengthen U.S. defense capabilities through speed, scale, and domestic production. Disclaimer: This episode is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing discussed on this panel constitutes financial advice. South Korea checkbook is open - big smiles ear to ear #DroneDiplomacy
Many thanks to Gen Son Sug Rag, ROK Air Force Chief of Staff, for hosting the Sacheon ADEX. We had an excellent meeting and signed a letter of intent to advance U.S.-ROK collaboration on autonomous platforms. Together, we’re strengthening our alliance and combined capabilities.

Dapping up Japan - must’ve been some a HUGE order #DroneDiplomacy
I met with Japan’s Minister of Defense Shinjirō Koizumi @shinjirokoiz to advance our shared vision of peace through strength. Our strategic alignment is essential to building a credible denial defense—supported by increased investment, greater access, more realistic training, and stronger production of the munitions our forces need.

Space almost certainly will remain an increasingly competitive and crowded environment as orbital congestion continues to pose a threat to safe operations within LEO China and Russia will continue to pursue new and improved counterspace capabilities to exploit a perceived U.S. and allied reliance on space-based assets.

I’m not a space expert - but these guys are the real deal so deff tune in. Defense investors have so much to learn from “space mob” because they’re hardcore, highly technical and understand the concepts. Also they’re keeping IR on their toes by asking hard hitting questions, going straight to the source and sharing deep intel with community. Execs used to be scared to see them coming, but NOW it’s being highly embraced and changing the game. Stay alert 🔔

Commercial 🔓 - let’s get after it
The FCC will vote Thursday on allowing drones to use the 800 MHz cellular band, opening another route for connecting aircraft through mobile networks. We spend plenty of time talking about better drones. Making them useful at scale also means sorting out how they communicate once they leave the operator’s immediate area. This could help commercial operators build services around existing cellular infrastructure. It wouldn’t guarantee coverage or replace aviation approvals, but it would remove a regulatory obstacle to using those networks.

Replying to @ousterlidar
@ousterlidar is literally dominating the DoW’s Robotic Operations for Autonomous Delivery and Sustainment (ROADS) Prize Challenge. $OUST Just as I always said, Ouster is the only viable lidar supplier in the Western world. $OUST Out of the 7 selected companies, @ForterraDefense is using Ouster, @May_Mobility is using Ouster, @AppliedInt is using Ouster, @perronerobotics is using Ouster, @Overland_AI_X is using Ouster, @Gatik_AI used to have Ouster's Velodyne lidar. Can't confirm now though. The only exception is @BotAutoAV , founded by a Chinese-American entrepreneur Xiaodi Hou, so I’m not surprised they choose Hesai for its commercial truks. But, is BotAuto using Chinese LiDAR in the event organized by the US DoW? Or, is it using Ouster too?
DIU has selected Fort Benning and Fort Hood as pilot locations for the next phase of the Robotic Operations for Autonomous Delivery and Sustainment (ROADS) prize challenge. Five companies are advancing to Phase III: @ForterraDefense / @May_Mobility , @AppliedInt, @perronerobotics, @Overland_AI_X / @Gatik_AI and @BotAutoAV were selected for further development and on base evaluations. ROADS will help establish the operational, safety, and installation processes required to move commercial autonomy from isolated demonstrations toward repeatable deployment across the @DeptofWar.

Best explanation for 🇮🇱 election 🗳️ Strap in folks
Israel Election Explainer: Winning the most seats doesn't mean winning the election. And tonight's exit polls show us exactly why. Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud is projected to be the largest party in the Knesset. But when you add up the seats won by parties that are willing to govern together, the picture gets much more complicated. Here's the breakdown (61 seats is the magic number to form a government): ➡️ Netanyahu's bloc: ~50 seats. These are parties generally aligned with Netanyahu and considered potential partners in his government. ➡️ The anti-Netanyahu bloc: ~53 seats. These are parties opposed to another Netanyahu government, although they don't necessarily agree on who should lead the country or what policies to pursue. ➡️ Arab-led parties (take that "apartheid"): 17 seats. These parties also oppose Netanyahu but are counted separately because they are not part of the main Zionist opposition bloc. Remember, 61 seats are needed to command a majority in Israel's 120-seat parliament. Neither of the two main blocs has enough seats to govern on its own. So what happens next? Once the official results are in, Israel's president consults with the elected parties and decides which member of parliament has the best chance of forming a government. That person gets the first opportunity to assemble a coalition. Netanyahu may get the first chance because Likud is projected to be the largest party, but that is not automatic. The president must consider who can actually assemble a majority. Then come the negotiations. Party leaders will bargain over who joins the government, what policies it pursues, and who gets which cabinet positions. And here's the twist: it's entirely possible that neither side will succeed and Israelis will hold another election.

This is why understanding foreign elections matter - yikes 😳
This is how democracies slowly turn into totalitarian states. Lula won the election. Should have stopped there. This can cause capital flight over a longer term

People were so interested in Brazil’s election, enough to tank the EWZ, but I have a feeling they know very little as to how Israel’s elections will affect the market
