Regardless of how you feel about any one case, due process is incredibly important. It’s why it’s a constitutional right & @amandaknox knows first hand why this important; because too often the accused are prejudged without evidence. America is better than this.
All @GovMikeDeWine has to do is ask the feds to send the money that’s already been appropriated for Ohioans (since 2021).
Ohio families are still struggling to pay for groceries, utility bills, and rent. More than 300,000 Ohioans could get an average of $3000 they were eligible to receive from FPUC and still available if @GovMikeDeWine simply follows a court order to claim these federal funds. Do the right thing, and don’t further delay getting these folks the extra money they were due, Governor.
