Have had a very productive & informative day of training at @BWTrustCPD with Sam & Shannon from @AtheneComms, followed by a finance session with @BWTrust CFO Debbie Tysoe & finishing with an authentic & inspirational talk from Dame Kathy August in our Academy Leadership session.
Thank you to our CFO, Debbie Tysoe, for delivering ‘Financial Reporting and Accountability’ today as part of our @BWTrustCPD offering.
The session was aimed at non-Finance colleagues and covered accounts, handbooks, audits and committees.

So many students aren’t aware of the eligibility criteria. Low income household criteria from ESFA isn’t always clear. It’s hard to identify those eligible so “advertising” is an option but it has to be carefully managed to not look like an incentive to recruit.
