One of the best days as an ELA teacher…library days! Seeing the kids dive into their newest adventures makes my heart happy. @PearsonRanchMS @amyelott

English teachers should have an additional prep period for reading and providing feedback on student writing. It takes over 8 hours for a writing teacher with 100 students to read and respond to a typical set of essays - and that's assuming only 5 minutes per essay. #bfc530
I'm signed up for #DitchSummit, a free online conference for teachers. You can, too, at ... ditchsummit.com via @jmattmiller
Taught an email etiquette lesson with my 6th graders yesterday. Great conversations. This is an important life skill they need to know. @revabala1 @MrsCollins1787 @PearsonRanchMS @nancy_wheelis
It’s About Time, with @debbieboyer5 !!! Time is one of the most stressful parts of our job..there isn’t enough of it. Great tips for getting some of it back and using it wisely! #SummerRRCamp

We made memories during our season together. Giving each girl a team picture so they’ll never forget. ❤️
Finished our season 2-2. Not bad. I saw growth in all of my athletes which is what every coach hopes for. This team will always have a special place in my heart.

Proud doesn’t even begin to describe how this coach is feeling right now. Tonight’s game was our best one yet. Our hard work in practice finally came together out on the field where it counted the most. Let’s go Lady Rattlers!! @revabala1 @MrsCollins1787 @PearsonRanchMS
Tonight was my soccer coaching debut and we won! I am so unbelievably proud of every single one of my Rattlers! ⚽️ I can’t wait to watch our season progress! @PearsonRanchMS @revabala1 @PaulKleiman4
Day 2 of soccer tryouts is in the books. Have a great looking team of 18! I am super excited for our season. Let’s go Rattlers! @revabala1 @PaulKleiman4 @MrsCollins1787
My sweet, hard-working son turned 21 today! What do you get an F1/Lego fanatic?? The McLaren Lego set! His reaction was priceless! His favorite driver ever is @LandoNorris @McLarenF1
Grateful that area law enforcement provided training on how to handle active attack events as a civilian. #empowerment @TravisCoSheriff
What else do you do on a “snow day” off of school, but bake homemade garlic knots to go along with our baked rigatoni.
Day 2 of wrapping gifts for Travis Co Brown Santa. Love that they included books this year. I spend too much time finding those perfect books. There’s a silent auction if you’re interested in supporting the cause. @TravisCoSheriff @revabala1 @MrsCollins1787 @nvarljen @dcampamom
What do you do the first day of Fall Break? You wrap presents for Brown Santa! Love the yearly tradition. @MrsCollins1787 @nvarljen @nancy_wheelis @revabala1
