Canon route!!! The song is about her, Byleth became human, and the world is free from the oppression of the Crest System. I do admit her route feels incomplete, I wish she has confronted the TWSITD.

Six years ago: Lead producer on Dragon Age trolls me, one of the games lead voice actors - he was more focused on virtue signaling BioWare’s “values” (he couldn’t name them) on social media instead of doing his job. The producer was fired soon thereafter. I chose not to reprise the role of Cullen in the next game.

Said this elsewhere already, but are we really pretending this series ever had any actual tactical depth? There's maybe like two games that did if that. It's always been a story and lore first and gameplay second series. Even FE4 is well known for this

no one is saying you have to like female characters preemptively on the basis of being female, they’re just saying maybe you should evaluate why you guys gag over the most basic barely designed males but criticize female characters more harshly than you would ever male characters

You just have not been ever attracted to a trans woman (individually, not generally speaking) and that's okay. Attraction does not automatically disappear when you know someone is trans. Maybe the attraction wasn't simply there in the first place.
