Unfortunately due to multiple blood transfusions and other procedures my antibodies are very elevated making me not available to match with a large amount of people. If you considered filling out this form I ask for anyone out there to consider the swap program. This would open me up to a nation wide database of donors and potentially save the life of multiple people in a chained swap. If you have any questions donât hesitate to reach out.
Essentially what the swap program is, someone would donate to someone in the country they match on my behalf and and a donor would donate to me who I match.
Hey friends. I havenât been as active the last couple weeks because I was sick and in the hospital. Here is why:
I am usually someone to proud to ask for help but unfortunately I need it now. I had a kidney transplant in 2018 and unfortunately need another one now. I am on Dialysis treatments and I feel great but to get back to living a normal life I need a kidney transplant.
Please consider being a Living Kidney Donor! Click on the Vanderbilt Health link and complete the Living Donor Interest Form. You will list Hope Bishop as the name of the person you want to donate to. Also, please select YES on being a paired donor if necessary.

Full prediction market volume data was published by @Underdog, including activity on its own exchange and volume routed to third-party exchanges.
$1.57B in prediction market volume over the last 60 days.
On a gross basis, that would rank Underdog #4 among U.S. CFTC-regulated platforms, before accounting for volume also reported by @Kalshi and @cryptocom (Nadex).
Drafts community, I have some not fun news to share. Right after kickoff on Wednesday, we will be shutting down Drafts in seven states: MA, MD, MI, MS, NJ, PA and OH. Already entered drafts will continue as normal, but in those states you wonât be able to enter new drafts. If youâre a drafter in one of those states, Iâm really sorry.
This sucks, but I want to explain why.
Those states have taken a legal viewpoint we disagree with: if we offer our CFTC-licensed products we cannot offer fantasy sports in those states. So we had to choose. We could keep our fantasy licenses in those states, or surrender the licenses and offer effectively our full experience, minus Drafts.
It sucks. I love Drafts. It was the first game we ever launched and a big part of what built Underdog. Even though they donât get anywhere near the usage of our other offerings, we still care deeply about them. And it pains me that we canât do right by the Drafts community and offer the best experience possible to the most customers.
We have some ideas about how to get Drafts back to more customers, but itâs too early to commit to anything yet. Iâm optimistic, and weâre definitely going to try. But until then, I donât think thereâs really anything I can say other than Iâm sorry.
Incredibly exciting. What a week in medicine & science.

8/ Now step all the way back and see the shape of the whole thing, because this is the part that gave me chills.
Every one of these breakthroughs runs on the same underlying toolkit â and it's the exact same toolkit that let us produce COVID vaccines in a matter of months instead of years: messenger RNA, lipid nanoparticles to deliver it, rapid genetic sequencing to read biology, CRISPR to rewrite it, and now AI to design it. Five technologies that all matured at once, in the same decade, and are now being aimed, together, squarely at the two diseases that kill more human beings than anything else: cancer and heart disease.
That's the revolution hiding inside four "stock stories." We are watching medicine pivot on its axis â from reacting to disease after it has already declared itself and done its damage, to programming the immune system and the genome to stop it before it can win. From treating the average of a population to writing a prescription for a single, specific human being. From a lifetime of managing illness to, potentially, durable one-time interventions against its root causes.
That is not an incremental improvement. That is a different philosophy of what medicine even is.
Evan is an absolute đ founder
More Americans believe weâll colonize the moon before we fix K-12 education. This is a policy problem.
We have been building a solution thatâs already trusted by many of the Fortune 500 as well as 1/3 of federal and state elected officials in the United States.
Organizations are more impacted by policy than by financial markets. Yet financial markets have been real-time for decades, and policy markets are still nearly impossible to follow.
@StateAffairsUS has raised over $70M from @rabois, @khoslaventures, @foundersfund and others to fix that.
We are creating the worldâs first real-time knowledge graph for policy and regulatory markets. This platform is foundationally built on non-partisan journalism and the collection of on-the-ground data that isnât digitally accessible.
In the future, we believe every executive will watch policy markets the way they watch financial markets. Instead of reacting to regulation, theyâll navigate it proactively.
Policy should iterate at the speed of our most innovative industries.
First time being sued. With a bunch of claims like âfraudâ, âschemeâ, âconspiracyâ, etc. Apparently the Aristotle folks are unhappy with the money theyâre making from the sale of their licenses, even though they will end up making more than anyone else in our sale to IG. Theyâre trying to extract more. They told me as much when I called to tell them about our deal and how it was going to get them the liquidity they were so desperately seeking. They said give us some more or we wonât sign. They thought they had leverage and they could hold up the deal to get more for themselves. They didnât and they still donât. Theyâre going to rack up a bunch of legal fees, create noise, but otherwise accomplish nothing. The deal will proceed and I have no doubt they will lose in court if they decide to take it that far. Itâs a bummer there are people out there who do things like this.
So psyched to @Nostroah on team Underdog
I just started work at @Underdog where I will be building the best exchange for sports fans. While opportunities in prediction markets are incredibly wide, the decision on where I wanted to work next was easy.
The companies that will define this space long-term are the ones that know how to navigate changing regulatory structures, have a genuine obsession with building great products, backed by a record of doing so, and have a user base that already trusts them.
Underdog hits all three markers, and I'd argue no one surpasses the company in any of the three categories.
Further, Underdog is one of the only sports companies in the country that holds all three major CFTC licenses: DCM, DCO, and FCM. These licenses are a challenge to acquire and take time, capital, and regulatory credibility. Most companies in this space have one and piggyback on a partner who has another. Underdog went out and developed what it needed to operate independently and at scale, and that signals something important about where this company is headed.
Underdog has been designing innovative products their customers obsess over for a long time and across multiple categories and regulatory regimes. They don't operate with any sanctimony about what the rules should be; they find ways to make incredible products for their customers within the relevant rules and regulations.
Before they even had their own prediction market exchange, they figured out how to combine a federally regulated event contract with player picks from their fantasy product. At the time, this delivered a same-game parlay-like experience before anyone else. When I saw it, I knew I needed to talk to them, as this kind of creative problem-solving is exactly what separates good operators from great ones.
Now, after the acquisition by IG Group, Underdog has even more firepower. We'll be able to leverage their expertise and resources to expand what's been created here to more customers, and keep building more incredible products.
@JerLevine is another major reason I think Underdog has a real shot to lead this space. I've watched founders try to navigate prediction markets, and it's genuinely hard. The regulatory complexity, the product challenges, and the competition from companies with bigger balance sheets can turn it into a gauntlet. Jeremy has led Underdog through these challenges, and just does things the right way. Regulated markets and responsible gaming aren't afterthoughts here, they're baked into how this team operates.
I'm excited to bring what I have learned to Underdog and help build at the most interesting company in prediction markets right now.

Underdog does at least one thing better than anyone else: provide accurate, near-instant injury and roster move updates on social media.
To what extent can that differentiator help it compete in prediction markets?
