The first Midwest housing market to crack could be Cincinnati.
Inventory has surged up to 4,900 listings, which is almost back to 2019 levels.
At the same time, Kroger is doing a 37% corporate layoff.
They're biggest employer in the Cincinnati metro.
Meaning we could see more sellers flood Cincinnati's market into the future.
Values so far have remained stable, up 2.2% YoY.
But due to the inventory surge, Reventure's forecast in Cincinnati has gone negative (-1.3% in 2027) for the first time in years.
Meaning Cincinnati could be the first Midwest housing market to crack.

"You can't coach somebody to do something you've never done."
This is the weakest opinion I've seen on the internet. We see it all the time, Phil Jackson wasn't a great player but he coached Jordan to greatness. Same thing with Belichick same thing with many coaches.
As Wide Receiver coach at @OhioStateFB @brianhartline helped put many WRs in the NFL who've gone on to have more success than him.
Wayne Gretzky is known as the Great One but had a losing record as a head coach.
Just because you've done something doesn't mean you can coach it

Because possession never changed, like when Dad didn't show up for custody exchange. I still hate Denny's for that reason.

Everyone talks about how quick this run was. I personally love it because I made contact with a lead that same Tuesday and got them a 500k offer on Friday.
