If you're a one-car household, make sure that car isn't a @Mahindra_Auto. Especially if you have young kids or older parents dependant on it. We are now 18 days in with no resolution in sight. @anandmahindra your company has turned me into a non-believer.

Two weeks ago, our @Mahindra_Auto XUV 700 became undriveable. My son was on his way back from school, and he saw smoke coming out of the engine of his beloved car. After multiple follow-ups, requests and e-mails, we still have no response from the service centre. @anandmahindra

The radiator fan is the identified issue and they don't have them in stock, is the reason we've been given. I was a non-believer in Indian car manufacturing and this car changed my mind. I'm now back to believing, with proof, PLEASE DO NOT put your hard earned money in Mahindra

They can make fancy looking cars but this absolute failure of service (and no back-up car offered) is unacceptable for a car that costs this much. Should've bought a less swanky Toyota/Skoda. Regret my decision entirely. Shame on @Mahindra_XUV7XO @anandmahindra @MahindraRise

Compared to 3.1 Pro, 3.5 Flash is better across almost all benchmarks with huge progress in coding. Just had the most awful conversation with Zomato support. The guy was a 'manager' who was condescending, horribly unprofessional and just plain rude after an order didn't reach me 1.5hrs after ordering, the delivery guy lied about a phone conversation and marked it delivered.

The support guy told me he has a recording of the call (that we, btw, did not get) and that it'd make everything easier if I admitted that we spoke. He then asked me to share my location with the delivery guy over WhatsApp, sharing his phone number.

When I said that raises privacy concerns - he said just block him afterwards, I don't see anything wrong with this. Been a loyal, high value Gold customer for years. But I can't get myself to open the app after that. Great brand, not supported. @zomato @deepigoyal
