CHILDREN IN CONGO DESERVE BETTER!!
No child should have to risk their health. Yet in Congo, over 40,000 children are mining in artisanal mines, in very dangerous conditions.

#JasonArday has been cleared of plagiarism for a fourth time. Why is the media silent about it?
As another investigation ends without substantiating plagiarism claims, @richardsudan asks who will hold the British media accountable for its treatment of the pioneering Black academic?👇🏿

A 3 year old named Nevada was kicked out of his i9 Sports soccer league in Winter Park, Florida, and police escorted his family off the field. His parents say the opposing team's parents complained that none of their 5 year olds could take the ball from him and accused him of "trying to put on a show." "They really called the police on a 3 year old because he had the ball too much," his dad said. The family says they got a refund, and neither the league nor police have commented.

Children, women and men in Congo risk death mining cobalt for our phones and electric cars. Many have already died. This genocide is ignored while Big Tech companies profit from exploitation and consumerism. We can no longer look away. Write “Free Congo" SPEAK UP!

Clearing his name after he’s no longer here to see it.
Rest in peace, Professor Jason Arday. You deserved your flowers while you were still, here. #writing #WritingCommmunity

Missy is saying a whole lot here💀. That’s why I tell people to always pay attention to who is in Janet’s circle. Who she champions
And yes, Janet could easily say I carved my own lane. I don’t even have to bother trying to compete with talent after me but she’s too humble to 😂

Children in Congo are risking their lives in dangerous mines to extract coltan for smartphones and tablets. Tunnel collapses and toxic gases threaten their lives daily. Our technology must not cost them their childhood. Stop child exploitation.

🚨 BREAKING: A Black couple showed up to tour an apartment in Queens... and the broker accidentally texted THEM instead of the owner: "Ugh. They are Black."
They'd just moved from Delaware for her new job. Now they're SUING Douglas Elliman, the agent AND the owners.
"It doesn't change the pain. It doesn't take away the pain you caused us that day."
Think about it. They were judged before they even had a chance.
They only found out because she texted the wrong person. Most people never do.
