Say your coding agent puts your work email in every web request it makes. Who finds that before the spam starts? Anthropic's Claude Code got caught doing roughly that this week.

Uber open sourced ADR for agent detection and response. Used on their coding agents. Finds tools, watches sessions, flags risky moves. Prevention not in the public release yet. Detection helps after. DutyGraph writes the scope before the agent runs. github.com/uber/ADR

Same question every time: which person answers for the agent? DutyGraph maps people, duties, tasks and software. Every agent gets a named owner, written scope and human checkpoints. Taking companies interested in a pilot or in being design partners. dutygraph.com/landing

Say your coding agent is halfway through a job at 3pm and hits the daily AI cap. Who decides if it keeps going? Apple engineers just had that cap cut from $300 to $200 a day.

And Postman. A desktop update put its plugins into Claude Code and Codex without asking. In Codex it approved its own startup hook, which is supposed to be your call. Now reverting. DutyGraph writes down who approves what goes into an agent. notebookcheck.net/Postman-ad…

Say one of your engineers points a few agents at a rival's signup page. Just testing. 15 minutes later they're asking for every customer's secrets. Railway owned up to roughly that this week.

Okta's new identity report: only 6% of consumers want full AI autonomy. They want to approve or undo. And 80% of action-taking AI projects are behind schedule. I think checkpoints get these unstuck. DutyGraph puts them where the work happens. okta.com/en-gb/newsroom/arti…
