The UAE Public Prosecution has now dismissed the complaint. I recently travelled to the UAE to deal with the matter personally and bring it to a conclusion, as it needed to be resolved before other matters could move forward. I was confident in my/our position from the outset. From the time I personally attended to deal with the matter, it took approximately two weeks for the case to be closed. In June, the existence of this complaint was publicly announced as a "legal update," together with statements about an ongoing investigation. So it is only appropriate that the outcome is public too. Anyone can file a complaint. There is an important difference between filing a complaint, announcing an investigation and actually proving an allegation. They are not the same thing. A social media post is not a judgment. This experience has reinforced something that I think is important. Public allegations can travel extremely quickly. Reputational damage can occur long before the underlying facts have been properly examined by the competent authorities and once a narrative is placed into the public domain, the consequences for an individual, a company and the people around them can be significant. Serious allegations should ultimately stand or fall on evidence and proper legal process. The important point is the outcome - The complaint has been dismissed and the matter is now closed. I am glad to finally put this behind me and move forward!

There's a big difference between being patient and standing still. We've spent the past several months building, improving and preparing. More has been accomplished behind the scenes than most people realize. Over the next 2-3 months, you're going to see a lot of that work come to light. And there's plenty to be excited about. A quick update from @token2049 Singapore. It was a busy few days for @iagonofficial, with several important meetings and discussions that we're quite pleased with One of the main reasons we attended was to spend more time with Würth Group, showcase the progress we've made on the solution we're building together, and continue strengthening that relationship. Enterprise partnerships are built on trust and having the opportunity to demonstrate our progress in person, while also introducing more of the Cardano ecosystem and its capabilities, was particularly valuable For us, having Würth alongside Iagon at an event like TOKEN2049 is meaningful. It's an opportunity to show how the technology we're developing is moving beyond the typical blockchain narrative and into real enterprise applications We also had several meetings with potential traditional Web2 investors as part of our ongoing equity fundraising process. Many of these meetings were arranged before the event and the discussions focused on Iagon's technology, commercial opportunities and long term growth plans. Bringing traditional capital and relationships into the business is an important part of our strategy as we scale Another interesting meeting was with @alphagrowth1. Beyond the RFP proposal we've already submitted, we discussed other potential opportunities to work together and how Iagon could contribute to growing TVL across Cardano. There are several areas worth exploring here and we're interested in seeing where those conversations lead We also spent time with members of the @Cardano_CF and @IntersectMBO, discussing several matters we've been looking to advance. Having these conversations face to face is valuable, particularly when it comes to aligning priorities, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities within the ecosystem On the international expansion side, we met with Rahul from @trivolvetech to explore potential use cases for Iagon in India. It's a substantial market, and we're interested in understanding where our storage and compute infrastructure could fit into real business requirements. What I found particularly encouraging about TOKEN2049 was how different our conversations were We also had an interesting discussion with the @teamz_inc organizers about the possibility of bringing Würth to Tokyo for their event in April 2027. We explored what that participation could look like and how it might provide another opportunity to showcase the work we're doing together to a broader enterprise audience. Nothing has been finalized but it's an opportunity we're interested in exploring further. In the space of a few days, we were discussing enterprise deployment with Würth, equity investment with traditional investors, DeFi growth opportunities with Alpha Growth, ecosystem development with Cardano organizations, potential expansion into India and opportunities to bring our enterprise work to an even wider audience in Japan That's quite a broad range of opportunities for Iagon, and it reflects how much our conversations have evolved as a company. We're no longer just having discussions about what decentralized infrastructure could potentially do. We're demonstrating what we're building, engaging with businesses that have real infrastructure requirements and exploring how to turn those opportunities into commercial growth Of course, meetings are not agreements and there's still work to be done on several fronts. But relationships, trust and commercial opportunities don't develop overnight.
