Dorms with full kitchens on campus, excellent cafeteria to eat, great gym, great classrooms and a brand new auxiliary gym.
Congratulations Goob!!! Former Jet Xavier Ford-Belton signed his first professional contract. Pretty good statement in your first game. @DaOnlyZay @CoachCJ @JacksonCollege

BIG NEWS!!!!
I've been a contributor for Prep Network for about a decade. After exploring what ownership of my own business felt like with Kamp's Korner LLC (staff and I covering MI HS girls bball, OH HS girls bball, & MI HS football), it's time to step away from Prep Network and add Michigan boys high school basketball to the mix! It was a great decade with Prep Network. I published about 5000 articles with them, but with Kamp's Korner, I can offer you even more. Having experience as an AAU coach and a college assistant coach, I feel like I'm more prepared and knowledgeable than ever! For those of you who read my work, please get your subscription to the new site. The same work, but now for less than a fast food meal a month! Let's continue to get names in print and get these players the credit and exposure that they deserve. A subscription will get all new articles emailed directly to you, plus access to the webpage -

Hearing kids are turning their nose up at JUCO, D2, D3 coaches. You have nothing and no one is beating your door down and you turning your nose up at coaches. YOU have nothing. That’s wild to me.

PSA: Go to the coach or school that wants you and believes in you. Don’t be transactional.

All scholarships aren’t “full”, not getting a full doesn’t mean you aren’t good…..EVERYBODY wants a full, if everyone was able to give one we would, to those we felt were worth it. Understand when you get a scholarship, the work don’t stop it should amp up. How you got can also be how you lose it….

A Coach Cignetti jewel: “Good players want coached. Great players you can’t coach them enough, they want more, more, more.
Inconsistent players want to be coached on their terms.” …(and always have a response or excuse)

If a player doesn’t play hard all the time, no skill they bring to the table can offset that. Playing hard is a prerequisite to playing. Period. Nobody succeeds by making half an effort. Make sure your players understand that laziness is unacceptable. Competing to WIN is a skill!
