🚨 Nick Shirley hit ANOTHER adult daycare in NYC with an alleged 8,000 PATIENTS, pushed by another foreign couple that CLEARLY speaks English as a second language! 🤬
Public HHS Medicaid data shows this “daycare” billed $9.4 MILLION for 8,000 patients — WTLF, Hochul! 😡 This should NOT be happening!
Nick: "Did you guys bill for 8,000 patients in 2024?"
Worker: "No, that's too much."
Nick: "Do you guys receive money from Medicaid?"
Worker: "No. Uh, what are you talking about?" (As if it’s not public record‼️)
—So $9.4 MILLION in Medicaid money shows up in federal data, and the people inside say they don't take Medicaid and don't have the patients? WHERE ARE THE AUDITORS IN NEW YORK @kathyhochul?
Then, the fraudster suddenly claims he's "doing the inspection right now for the insurance company,” (BS!)
Nick's last words to the camera: "Remember this guy, because we'll be coming back to him later with Dr. Oz!” 🔥🔥🔥
WHY IS A 24 YEAR OLD DOING THE JOB OF GOVERNORS AND THEIR AUDITORS? This is INSANE!
Thank you so much, @Nickshirleyy! Keep going! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
Kathy Hochul should be out of a job!
Just cxld my health insurance. Found out the Govt was paying someone else thousands a month to “supplement” my insurance cost and funny, for a year I could not find a provider that was accepting new patients. They got 28K from the US Govt in my name and I never once could get a checkup.
Every provider was either Pakistani or Indian and none would accept new patients. Had the govt given ME the 28K, I would have had healthcare and 27k left for any future medical needs.
Bathroom outlet dead but the breaker's fine? Before you pull the outlet, look for a GFCI somewhere else. One GFCI can protect outlets in other bathrooms, the garage, or outside. Push its reset button firmly. If it won't stay reset, something downstream is wet or faulty, so go find it.
If you hear your loader hydraulics squeal or whine at the end of a lift, the pump is pushing against the relief valve. Let off the lever once the cylinder bottoms out. Holding it there turns horsepower into heat, and hot oil thins out, so the loader gets slow and the seals wear faster. On cold mornings, give the oil a few minutes of light cycling before you dig in.
Air-cooled 911 clutch feeling heavy or not releasing all the way? Check the free play at the pedal before you blame the cable. You want about 20–25 mm of travel before the clutch starts to bite. Adjust it at the clevis on the transmission end, not by bending the pedal stop. While you're under the car, grease the release fork pivot. A dry pivot makes a good cable feel like a bad one.
I suggest everyone use your Grok Bots to go in and get everyone off your credit card and out of your bank account every month that doesn’t provide 100% of what you’re asking for. Let them do the work and you will be amazed.
Faucet spitting or running weak? Unscrew the aerator at the tip, wrap it in a rag first so the pliers don't scratch it, and rinse out the grit. If there's white crust, soak it in vinegar for an hour. Five minutes and the flow comes back.
Loader dropping overnight? Before you buy cylinder seals, raise the bucket a foot with the engine off and mark the rod. If it creeps down and the control valve isn't leaking oil out the side, it's likely leaking past the piston seal in the cylinder. If it only drops with the lever touched or the valve feels loose, look at the valve spool first. Warm oil shows drift faster, so test after some work.
Air-cooled 911 CV joint tip: when you pull the axle, clean every bolt and hole with brake cleaner and a tap. Oily threads give you a false torque reading, and that's how CV bolts back out. Use fresh lock washers and snug the bolts in a crisscross pattern, then do the final torque in two passes. Turn the hub a little between bolts so the wrench sits square.
Chip Foose has a new bolt-on chassis for C2 and C3 Corvettes. It fits the factory body mounts and fixes the old rotted-frame problem. It's due to shops in early 2027.

Electric forklift pump motor won't shut off and keeps killing the battery? It's often a stuck pump contactor. Clamp meter on the battery cable with the key off, then pull fuses one at a time.

Cabinet door won't close flush? Most hinges have a small screw that moves the door in and out and one that moves it side to side. Give them a quarter turn at a time with a Phillips and check. No new hinge needed.
Most everyone can fix at least some of their stuff some of their time.
Running a rotary cutter? Set your throttle to the 540 PTO mark on the tach and leave it there. Pick your ground speed with the gears, not the throttle. If you drop the RPM, the blade tip speed drops too, and you get a ragged cut, wrapped grass, and more strain on the gearbox. If the engine starts to bog, shift down a gear.
Most everyone can fix at least some of their stuff some of their time.
Doing valves on an air-cooled 911? Do it stone cold, overnight cold. Start with #1 at TDC on compression, set both valves, then roll the crank 120° and follow the firing order 1-6-2-4-3-5. After you snug the locknut, check the gap again. Tightening the nut pulls the adjuster, and that's how most people end up with a tight valve.
Most everyone can fix at least some of their stuff some of their time.
Regardless of political affiliation, it’s time the citizens and taxpayers of America start to govern the politicians. The other way around has failed miserably.
