Not only did Mikey Dipetro get his first NHL shut out tonight…it happened on #HockeyFightsCancer night and his mom passed away from cancer when he was 5. Impossible to not root for this kid. I’m all in. And everyone else should be too. What a journey

Not McMeekin & I’s first rodeo. 2:1 PB to J ratio WOULD be correct… what you fail to factor in is the pre-game nature of this particular PBJ. Bread for carbs and J for sugars. Using too much or chunky PB correlates direly with a lower max velo and endurance come Gametime.
