Aunque el gobierno de Corregidora, Querétaro, clasificó como reservados contratos, facturas y los trabajos realizados por el proveedor “Gabinete 369”, Arturo Rodríguez Rivera, representante de la empresa fue captado en Majahuitas, Jalisco, junto a Carlos Antonio Contreras López, jefe de Gabinete en Corregidora y Francisco Castro Alegría, director del DIF.
