Under palliative chemo for metastatic pancreatic cancer & still rocking & loving life!
Sometimes it’s the simple things in life!!
A light up flying unicorn….who knew it would bring so much joy…but after an emotional few weeks this gift made my heart swell and my face smile 😊
And more smiles, finally starting to decorate my tree and this most beautiful, thoughtful gift taking pride of place on my tree 🌲 🦄
