As first disclosed by @JudicialWatch, the Justice Department suggests in court filing that Ilhan Omar's name actually is "Congresswoman Ilhan Nur Said Elmi" ... The document was filed today in a Judicial Watch legal action to gain access to "Omar's" search warrant materials.

ICE has launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal aliens who have been collecting SNAP benefits and has made its first arrests, including four Haitian nationals.

DHS confirmed the effort to Fox News. Rubstony Junior Theodore, whose prior arrests include larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing, was among those taken into custody. Wilbert Jean Baptiste, Louis Jean, and Jhensly Charles were also arrested.

ICE described the arrests as the opening salvo in a sustained, large-scale operation aimed at illegal aliens who fraudulently accessed SNAP benefits that American taxpayers fund exclusively for U.S. citizens in need.
Every one of these individuals entered the country unlawfully and then drew from a program designed to feed struggling American families, in some cases while carrying criminal records.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits and other forms of welfare.
He added that these programs are for Americans only and that even non-violent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they are defrauding the American taxpayer.

Mullin called the fraudsters already arrested and deported just a drop in the bucket and said the Trump Administration is committed to going after all these thieves and bringing them to justice.

🚨 BREAKING: 30 states have now signed up for Trump's school choice tax credit, and even Democrats are jumping on board.
Glenn Youngkin, the first governor to opt in, called it "a total game changer." He says even Colorado's Democrat Gov. Jared Polis called it a no brainer.
Per Youngkin, it can unlock hundreds of millions of dollars a year for scholarships, tutoring and services for kids with disabilities.
About 20 governors still haven't opted in. Youngkin explained why: "The teachers unions are adamantly against this. Why? Because it breaks their monopoly."
Every governor who's still holding out is choosing the unions over kids.

The FCC is not happy with these FAKE POLITICAL POLLS.
During this election season, there has been a significant surge in entirely Fake Polls and Suppression Polls designed to do nothing more than interfere with the regular functioning of the electoral process and alter the normal patterns of voter turnout and enthusiasm.
Many journalists and broadcasters have been amplifying or airing these Polls without regard to basic journalistic ethics and without informing the public that those Polls lack a scientific, accurate, or even real basis.
The FCC takes these issues seriously. Broadcasters are prohibited by the terms of their federal licenses from engaging in News Distortion or promoting Broadcast Hoaxes. It is important that broadcasters comply with their public interest obligations. After all, the country benefits greatly when Americans can trust and rely on the media to report the news fairly and accurately.
Broadcasters are advised to avoid engaging in News Distortions or running Broadcast Hoaxes by airing Polls that would violate their regulatory obligations. If broadcasters believe they should provide their viewers with additional context and information about Polls they have covered, they can now take those actions consistent with FCC regulations.
