About 10 yrs ago, I had to convince this guy to not give up 🏈 to concentrate more on basketball. My message: Only 1 chance to be a HS athlete so don't limit your opportunities at greatness. ...now the All-Pro is heading to the SB (& I'm still having the same conversation)

Kevin was in my fraternity at UofI. He & his wife were killed yesterday in Highland Park. Their son will now grow up without his parents. If you can, please donate. Making more guns, more easily accessible, to more people, is only leading to more killing, and more tragedy.

9 of our 15 individuals that competed tonight got a PR & 1 got a SB... all 4 of our relays ran their best time of the year... I will miss the seniors, you guys always worked hard & did everything the coaches asked of you... for the guys coming back next year, the future is what

It's that time of year. If I'm hiring a coach, I'm hiring a culture builder. Every coach will know the game but can they connect, communicate a clear vision, hire/recruit/develop people well, multiply their leadership? Coaching is about X's and O's. Leadership is about culture.
