We've extended the deadline to apply for our 2024 Internship Grant program. Students should apply by end of day on December 15, 2023.
We will provide seven $2,500 grants to students who obtain internships at CA news companies in Spring or Summer 2024.

Eli Isenberg has been inducted into the California Newspaper Hall of Fame. Isenberg (1913-2000) was editor and publisher of the old Monterey Park Progress in Los Angeles County, from 1946 to 1978.
The Hall of Fame posthumously inducts two honorees each year.

Tim Crews has been inducted into the California Newspaper Hall of Fame. Crews (1943-2020) was the founder and publisher of the Sacramento Valley Mirror in Willows, Glenn County.
