Such a cool all-digital ecosystem, this is definitely so much better than just putting discs in a console
A new PSN security issue lets attackers bypass passwords and two-factor authentication.
Players have reported unknown family members being added to their PlayStation Network accounts without permission
The biggest problem is that these added family members could potentially be used to access personal information, including saved payment details.
One affected user contacted PlayStation Support directly, and apparently even support doesn’t have a clear answer yet on what’s actually causing it.
For now, the advice is to:
• Reset your PSN password
• Change the email used for your PSN sign-in ID
• Check your Family Management for accounts you don’t recognize
• Contact PlayStation Support if anything looks suspicious
Sony still hasn’t publicly confirmed what’s behind the issue.
I agree with Tim Sweeney, AI games is the FUTURE. I will back this statement up by REFUSING TO RELEASE my AI games to Steam, Epic exclusive only. All vibe coders must do the same. Let's push our 1000 vibe slop to Epic. We'll show what Steam is REALLY missing out on
Tim Sweeney is criticizing Valve again over Steam’s requirement for developers to disclose their use of generative AI.
The Epic Games CEO called the policy “abhorrent,” arguing that developers are being forced to make a “political statement” that could be used against them by a “hate mob.”
Sweeney has been criticizing the policy since 2025, previously comparing the disclosure to a “Scarlet Letter” and arguing that AI will eventually be part of almost every game production process.
Oh hey the guy getting stomped by Steam thinks he has better ideas on how Steam should be run

“Ummm, did you just do customer service! You are LITERALLY a monopoly!”
“Malware scammers should be thrown into a volcano.”
Anyone hiding malware in Steam games is cooked, Steam and the FBI are warning BlockBlasters players again.
BlockBlasters was a Steam game that turned out to contain malware and was used in crypto-draining attacks, including one targeting a terminally ill cancer patient.
The FBI says it arrested someone linked to the Steam malware campaign in July and is now asking victims who lost money or had their accounts compromised to fill out a survey for possible restitution.
The deadline is 27 October.
If someone was hiding malware inside Steam games, things are looking pretty bad right now for you, Gabe is coming.

How dare customers have all the information to make an informed decision before spending $40-80

"Bioware made turds for over a decade, but this game was TOTALLY going to be good, I swear."
I can finally talk about Mass Effect Universe.
Since Bioware closed I can now reveal that I was part of the Mass Effect Council, saw what BioWare was building, and provided feedback during development.
• Set 600+ years after the Reaper War
• You play as a customizable N7 agent
• Instead of being a walking gun rack, you're a cross between John Wick and James Bond
• Shepard's legacy preserved, regardless of your ending
• A galaxy divided into three major factions
• Humanity, Krogan, Batarians, and more allied together
• Council races forming their own alliance
• The Geth emerging as a third superpower
• A galactic Cold War instead of another Reaper style invasion with a shadowy adversary
• Geth-built megastructures
• Connections between the Milky Way and Andromeda
• Experimental technology implanted in you as a unique point of difference
• Hacking and manipulating the environment
• See through walls, identify systems, remotely trigger hazards and more
• Handcrafted missions like ME1-3
• But with Hitman-style freedom in how you complete them
• Brutal close-range executions
• Squadmates who can clash with each other
• Romance wasn't being sanitised
• Liara returns - now an incredibly powerful Asari Matriarch
From what I saw, BioWare was making Mass Effect for us, the fans, not for people who don't exist.
It looked incredible.
And now we may never get to play it.

PlayStation has deployed software 14.20 for safety and security🚀
This comes after software 14.10 was jailbroken just few days ago.
It remains to be seen if GTA6 will mandate download the latest 14.20, like its predecessor or not.
Software updates are mandatory for online features, but aren’t always for offline titles🤔
