What isn't addressed here is that Alaska uses ranked choice voting and no one there is confused about 2 guys with the same name
If Peltola wins after the first round with over 50% it doesnt matter because if you combined both Sullivans votes together, it would still be less than 50%
I imagine in the rare instance anyone is confused, they will mark Sullivans as choice 1 and 2 on their ballot and if there are subsequent rounds, it will all come out in the wash.
