The golf course is your club’s greatest asset. The superintendent is the leader responsible for protecting it.
The scope of this role continues to expand as the game grows. Advocating for your golf course superintendent and maintenance team is a simple step club leaders can take to strengthen the member experience.
Larry Hirsh from Golf Property Analysts discusses the value of a superintendent to a club's value, and it may be shocking to some.

Extremely thankful for the people and my time at Riverside. They took a chance on me and gave me an opportunity, I believe I left it better than I found it!
I’m excited to head to Graystone and lead the crew there. Excited to begin a journey I once called my dream job!

Crazy idea...but
I'd prefer the #Reds bring in baseball guys to make baseball decisions....
and
Focus on signing players better than mid tier veteran free agents.
How about you?

Yes, the Titans suck. But Cam Ward is beyond awful. He should be benched. He’s the worst starting quarterback in the NFL right now. He’s had 20 starts. The Titans are 3-17 in those starts. The excuses have to stop.

Aerification is standard practice at every golf course across the country and in reality is no big deal for most. But the fact that we were able to pull cores this fall is huge for us. It means we actually had roots holding cores and turf together. Year 1 has been a big success!

Brantley: Season started with a 3-0 loss to the Red Sox all the way back on March 26th. And now here we are on September 20th and the Reds are trailing 8-1. And it hadn't been a whole lot prettier in between.
Thrall: April got fun for a little while!
Brantley: That was almost like getting a taste of the popsicle and then they take it away.

Captain Lark 💯
Barry Larkin following today's Reds loss:
"...change has to happen. This city deserves better than that, and I know every player down there feels that. But something has to give..."
