Dedicate 6 months to developing a powerful mindset first before ANYTHING else and you will save years off the time it takes to achieve success.

Mentally you only need to answer one question about your thoughts and beliefs. 'Does my current mindset serve my best interests and helps make my life productive'? Keep amending it and then asking until you reach a 'Yes' answer at some point.

The mind requires stimulation. Not entertainment or excitement but what causes it to be interested and curious so that the learning and development centres are fired up. It's a workout for the brain and progress mentally that leads to new experiences in life.

How do we define life? I'd say it is mental experience of thought and belief come real. An adventure of mind creating physical circumstances and events.

The question today for our minds is whether people in power have misused the world or whether we have given our power away to them that's enabled them to do it? It really is mirror time for all of us.

I like my coffee shop visits. They remind me that everyday people are all the same. We just want to have a peaceful life of little pleasures that we enjoy and share our days with those we love. I see this all around as I sip my hot coffee wherever I go.

Mentally we are verging on the next evolution of human thinking. It's not happened yet but about to. Not based on how we are today but how we will start being. The human mind is ready for a new mind pattern for existence. That's what events are for and do.

I think it's clear that we have been blindly living our life as a human race without looking at our thinking what that life means and should be about. We have been walking down a road we don't know where it is going.

Share your truth. Be wrong in everyone's eyes today and now. Popularity is not what you want. Be right in the hearts and minds in years to come. Hold true to your beliefs. The world needs those whose voice is different. Your day will come.

Mentally more than ever most people have a mindset that checks and follows what others are doing. It's a social media driven mind world rather than an individually lived existence. Today many could not operate well mentally if social media was no longer there. Free minds are gone

My new book, 'The Art of Slow Life', will be entirely handwritten. I write 'Slow Life Letters' by hand, but I've never written an entire book before. I don't even know why I'm doing this. It just feels right in my heart. But I promise I'll give it everything I have.

I just can't escape the belief that since this Century started we have been making a big mistake. Or allowing people who are in control to make a big mistake.
