People of Florida. Y’all better hold your damn head high. We broke state legislature super majorities because we drove turnout while everyone wrote us off.
We have work to do sure, but let’s celebrate the fact we won 17 seats down ballot.
I’m an organizer. And I look forward to getting back to what I love and know best. Organizing THE HELL out of my state.

The South is not a "lost cause". It's underorganized, underfunded, and relentlessly suppressed & gerrymandered. And despite it all, Black Southern voters have shown up anyway to be the conscience of this country throughout our history. I hope people realize that.
48% of florida voted blue tonight. We've got work to do but im proud even if we didn't achieve our goal. Still super sad about it though.

everyone can say they hate florida all they want but this is a beautiful state full of diversity and people who want to see a real change!!! who are being overshadowed by the boomers who move here to retire and make things worse for everyone else. i know i just got here but cmon
