I think more and more countries are going to take the same position. The EU is proposing these "loans" be repaid using held Russian funds.
If they are holding Russian funds, why not just give that money to Ukraine instead of requiring EU member states "loan" money and then hope to be repaid?

Watch Democrat Van Jones on CNN blast the ad for Abdul El-Sayed that echos El-Sayed's words that argues that Americans have to set grocery money "aside for killing Palestinians" because of U.S. aid to Israel.
