Initially I agreed with not blowing the whistle on the Bishop play. After some time I have changed. As an official I would have blown dead immediately if this happened in a game I’m the ref. 1) there was 4 seconds between shot where there was no possession by either team.

2) Goalie lying in the crease is absolutely in a voulnerable position where there is no padding on back of torso or legs. 3) Bishop should have been pulled immediately after 4) Blues still would have won that game 2-1 because the Stars had no legs and Blues were better today
