I've been working on "How to Win Forever" for more than a year. It's still surreal to see the book jacket.

Have to go back and watch, but it looks like Matthew Schaefer became the first to play all 5 mins of overtime in NYI's 4-3 shootout win in Nashville.
Islanders gave him a breather with a timeout before powerplay at 2:17 of OT, but he was out there for all of it.
Unbelievable
According to @StatsPerform the 5:00 OT shift by Matthew Schaefer tonight was the first time a player played all 5 minutes of OT in post lockout era. @WillyD1025

No exaggeration, this guy might be the best interview in pro sports right now
Among NHL D with 100+ minutes at 5v5, Bouchard is:
1st in GF/60 (7.44)
6th in GA/60 (0.78)
36th in xGF/60 (3.24)
T2nd in xGA/60 (1.65)
The offence has been crazy, but the underlying numbers suggest the Oilers should have a 2:1 edge in his minutes - mostly thru great defence.

Sergei Bobrovsky is the first Maple Leafs goalie to allow 3+ goals in each of his first 6 games of a season since Vesa Toskala in 2009
Third line at 5v5, first unit power play, and no higher than second unit PK.
And that's fine, he's good value at that cap hit in those roles.
The PP has always been RNH's bread & butter, and at 33 it's time for his usage to evolve from jack-of-all-trades to specialist.
