The butterfly 🦋 begins as chrysalis encased by a hard cover. When we become more self-aware, there are ofttimes attributes we discover about ourselves that leave us in a dark, hardened place. #discomfortleadstogrowth when we fully embrace all parts of ourselves.
This #MemorialDay, we remember and honor those who have given their lives in military service. Thank you to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice.🇺🇸

Look 👀 who I found casually cruising by in the #ATD22 expo hall. The one and only @bobpikectt. When I made the switch from biochemistry to training and facilitation, his Train the Trainer Boot Camp was my first workshop. I still use and apply the tools and techniques TODAY!
What a fantastic opening keynote by @sarablakely at the @atd Conference. My favorite frames :
-connect to your own intuition by taking quiet time to let your mind wander.

-the single greatest investment that you can make is in yourself!
