🗣️ Poirier: “Shut up or k*ll me!”
🗣️ Buckley: “Not that long ago that’s what you wanted to do to yourself. Delete yourself. When I see you, let’s talk about it. You take the first swing.” 😳

Caught up with Gzim Selmani, formerly WWE’s Rezar, ahead of his BKFC return in Glasgow this weekend.
He called out Bobby Lashley and spoke about how close he was signing to the UFC before WWE came along.

Seeing some Villa fans talking about Carra having to pay a legal bill due to this. 💩
The fact is, he won’t pay a penny. 💯
His employers will have lawyers ready to defend against a billionaire trying to silence an opinion he doesn’t like.
Shame on anyone supporting this.

Caught up with Christian Leroy Duncan's coach, Mark Weir, ahead of CLD's first UFC main event this weekend.
Mark's gym is about a five minute walk from where I live and he was one of the first people to give me time many years ago so long overdue. Link below.
I think he lost but really hope Vettori gets another fight after that. Looked rusty, but came on strong and showed tons of heart. #UFC332
