As part of our ongoing greening campaign and driving a reading culture, we visited Kaptanya Seed SS and Sebei College, where we engaged students in powerful conversations about the role of trees in combating climate change and reading books. From education to action, learners joined hands with our teams to plant trees—sowing seeds of environmental responsibility and hope for future generations. This initiative builds on our recent efforts to plant trees across the country and reinforces our commitment to SDG 13: Climate Action under the theme “Our Land: A Greener Future.” Tree planting continues across the Elgon region in partnership with UNDP and Joshua Cheptegei Foundation. Together, we’re growing a cleaner, greener, better Uganda. #UBAcares #ClimateAction #GreeningUganda #AfricasGlobalBank
