This resonates with me so much.
Obviously to me RE is a single player game, but if they want a compelling multiplayer game, stop using game design styles that pit us against each other in a competitive format - there’s other games that do it and quite simply, do it better.

I added the “What is grief?” track from Wandavision to the scene where Vision finally faces his grief & it hits so much harder (for me) & drives home the full circle moment. I’m a sucker for reoccurring musical motifs. Hope ya like!

The fact that this really did change everything like wow thank you New York City
It’s been really nice to see this massive wave of co op mods being added to games in the RE series that never had it before. Hopefully Capcom’s takeaway from this as well as the failings of REsistance & REverse is that people want to play TOGETHER, not against each other.
Damn, this review perfectly articulates my exact sentiments with that movie. If ya liked it, more power to you. But even as a standalone horror film divorced from the Resident Evil IP, it’s just…not good.

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

Zach Cregger says he was frustrated that the conversation surrounding his ‘RESIDENT EVIL’ film had nothing to do with the film.
“It had to do with whether the movie was living up to the different standards that different fans of the games had… it was just a lot about ‘why isn’t this like the source material?’ OR ‘why is it good that it’s not like the source material?’
