Today I run marathon 30/76 in a city I love, and the team I’ve supported my entire life @LFC 46 marathons away from achieving a world record first, today I celebrate a milestone in this challenge by running around the greatest stadium on earth (Anfield). @TheAnfieldWrap #YNWA
Well done to all the @EnglandFootball team. You were class this World Cup. Not the result we wanted, but you played your socks off. You’ll come back stronger for the Euros!
Jair Bolsonaro loosing the election is the best news to start the week. The Amazon now stands a better chance of surviving. Please Lula use your platform now to rectify that criminals wrongs, and help Brazil get back on its feet.
To think a fully grown man took a banana to a game with the intent to racially abuse a player says a lot about the culture within football still. The sport is entertainment, not life or death. My thoughts are with the players who will be affected by this.
Huge respect to all that did the logistics for todays service for the queen, to all the military for their precision, and to every police officer who stood guard facing away from it all to keep the path safe from harm. Today was a day to be very proud of.
Why does anyone start their day reading the news. Start your day with something positive, it’s sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Appalled by the video of Phil Foden and his family being harassed. Seeing Phil’s mother naturally defend her son, to then be punched in the face by one of the male abusers is disturbing.

Sat on a train for several hours next to a person who has decided to call her entire contact list for a catch up. Make it stop. 😵💫
Suicide squad 2 has got to be one of the worst films ever made. How on earth did a single person think a story line about an alien starfish be a winner 😂
What an epic Prem rugby final, watching it along side @BrianODriscoll and @SamThompsonUK even though we were unable to there, thanks to @btsport and @ee I watched the match live whilst talking with the guys. Check out the new match day experience here: bit.ly/3kzpbrv

Incredible effort!
As agreed, I’ll be running around the garden 100 times (23kms) at 8am tomorrow morning to raise money for this great charity.
